COVID-19 Policy and Procedures
As COVID-19 continues, our clinic and staff are continuing to adapt to changes required by the Arkansas State Dept of Health and the CDC.
We are continuing to offer curbside services to pick up glasses, contacts, and needed supplies. Simply come to the office, wear a mask, call 479-876-2020, make your payment over the phone, and we will bring these to you in your vehicle.
If you need to pick out new glasses, just come to the office with a current prescription, and with a mask; you do not need an appointment. Call us at 479-876-2020 when you arrive and we will come to you, do a brief questionnaire, and check your temperature. As soon as we have an opening, then have you come in and we will assist you.
We have to clean between patients, and cannot have more than two patients in the optical at a time. We ask that you please be kind to our staff as they assist you. None of us are crazy about all these changes, but it is the law and we must comply with it.
We are seeing all patients now, both routine and medical, but still are limited on how many people can be in the office at one time. Please call and we will schedule you an appointment. Make sure you wear a mask; this applies to anyone who is required to come in with you as well. When you arrive call 479-876-2020. We will have someone come to your car, do a brief questionnaire, check your temperature, and bring you in as soon as we have cleaned the exam rooms to complete your exam. Please do not schedule if you have been exposed to anyone with COVID-19, are running a fever, have a persistent cough, or any other COVID-19 symptoms, or have traveled to an area experiencing an outbreak in the last two weeks.
Thank you for your patience and understanding. As always, the health and safety of our patients and staff will always be our top priority.
We will get through this together!
